Meet our CSO (Client Service Officer) + Sr. Interior Designer to discuss your requirements
CSO & SID present DBR, research-driven concept, and estimate. Confirm to proceed by paying 10% to book your project.
SID presents final concept with renders & revised estimate. Approve and pay 30% to begin Design Development.
SID will present the final designs with renders, drawings, and estimates for your approval. Once approved, a 30% payment will initiate sourcing and production.
Once production is complete, pre-assembled photos will be shared at RFD (Ready for Dispatch). A 20% payment will initiate dispatch and site installation.
After final quality checks and snag clearance, your sign-off and feedback will mark the project’s closure.
Pay the remaining 10% within 11 days of satisfactory project completion.
